OR is a decision-making app that helps you reflect on a choice between two options. This Privacy Policy explains how OR handles information.

Information you enter

OR lets you enter two option names and answer a series of Yes/No questions. The option names, answers, questions, and the resulting decision summary are stored locally on your device so the app can complete the decision flow, show your decision history, and recover an unfinished decision.

Information collected automatically

The current version of OR does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal information with OR or any third party. OR does not use accounts, advertising, analytics SDKs, AI services, cloud sync, or a remote backend.

The app may store local calibration events on your device. These events support local product testing and may include an anonymous session identifier, question identifier, answer, target option, answer position, and response timing. They do not include the option names or the semantic meaning of your decision, and they are not transmitted off your device by OR.

Network access

OR is designed to work offline and does not require a network connection. The current version does not send decision content or calibration events over the internet.

Data retention and deletion

Your decision history and unfinished decision data remain on your device until you delete them, delete the app, or erase the device. You can remove all locally stored OR data by deleting the OR app from your device. iOS backups may retain app data according to your device backup settings.

Children’s privacy

OR is not directed to children under 13. OR does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when OR’s data practices change. The “Last updated” date above will identify the current version.
